We have an upcoming study opportunity for children with diabetes. If you have a child with diabetes that is 12 years old or over, then we would love to include their feedback in our research! This is an opportunity to provide a voice for your child to advocate for their medical condition. If you feel your child would enjoy participating in an individual interview that will last up to 1 hr, then please submit the following questionnaire on their behalf. A member of our team will review your submission and then reach out to discuss next steps if your child seems like a great fit! If they qualify and participate, they will be paid $175.
